- Return Shipping Cost: You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the product.

Refund Process After Receiving Product
Once we receive your returned product and complete an inspection, we'll notify you via message about its receipt and the status of your refund request (approval or rejection). If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1-2 business days. If you don't see the refund reflected within that time, please contact us.
Non-Refundable Conditions
- We do not offer refunds or returns for low supply.
- We do not offer refunds or returns on any accessories or parts.
Refund Limitations
- Returns/refunds will not apply if water or moisture enters the electronic parts or accessories.
- Please follow the washable and non-washable parts instructions mentioned in the user manual; non-adherence will void your return or refund request.
- Our policy does not cover damage caused by human wear and tear, voltage fluctuations, or use of any charging cable other than the one provided.
Shipping Fees and Taxes
Shipping fees and taxes are not included in refunds. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
